Edita's color is probably that of a chocolate silver sable. If so in the next few weeks we should be seeing her coat beging to separate out more into chocolate, cream and silver. She is coming out more as the junior pups begin storming the door to visit when I go in. She is what we call 'bomb proof'. Not much bothers her.

Elijah is a funny, curious talkative boy. He has been the first to run and greet us (often missing that there is a pen there...not dumb..just young! His coat is what is called a sable and white Irish Pied. The Irish Pied is a marking and the colors involved can be anything: black and white, red and white cream and white. His sable is very very dark and my experience suggests it will not fade much. He will be a very striking adult whether kept in puppy cut or kept in show coat for the dog ring.
Farley would not normally be my first choice for a puppy name but this one just popped in when I realized that the name itself suggests dependability,a loving nature and the occassional clown waiting to be turned loose. Farley also has an element of elegance about him that one doesn't often see in pups this age. He lives well with his siblings in the pen and talks nicely with the junior pups when they storm in to check out the pus. He has a very steady soul.
